Dahlia Wakefield is a powerhouse singer-songwriter, performer, and vocal coach described as “a little bit country and a whole lot of rock and roll.” Born in the Philippines and raised in Maidstone, Saskatchewan, she honed her craft at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, where she majored in Vocal Performance. Dahlia has released three solo albums and multiple singles, including international songwriting competition finalists and collaborations with artists like Stirling John. As a member of Dirt Road Angels, she has contributed to three albums, chart-topping singles, and numerous award nominations. In addition to leading bands like SHOCKER, KEROSENE, and her Heart tribute band, Brigade, Dahlia also performs solo, teaches vocal and piano, and inspires students of all ages. With a dynamic career spanning decades, she remains a dedicated artist and mentor.
